What is Virtual Reality (VR)?
Virtual Reality (VR), Virtual Reality in Turkish, is a system that enables users to interact in a three-dimensional and realistic environment created with computer technology. VR offers the user a different experience from the real world. The VR system usually consists of hardware such as a headset, headset, gloves, and remote control. These equipment send signals that stimulate the user's senses such as sight, hearing, touch and adapt to the virtual environment. Thus, the user feels as if they are in a virtual environment.
VR technology is used in many areas. For example, different applications are developed with VR in fields such as education, health, military, tourism, games and art. With VR, users can experience things that they cannot do in real life or that are difficult in the virtual environment. With VR, students can travel in space, doctors can simulate surgery, soldiers can train in combat, tourists can travel to different parts of the world, players can enter fantasy worlds, artists can show their creativity.
VR technology is developing rapidly and is available to more people. With VR, our perception of reality is changing and new possibilities are emerging. With VR, we can exceed our limits and live what we dream of.
